Been working harder than ever on material for a new CD. While I can't wait to share it all with everyone, I'm taking my time on this one. Crafting and shaping, mixing and baking. (Well, not THAT kind of baking.... baking in the HEAT! Woo its hot!)

The theme of the new material seems to be focused on coming to grips with where we're headed. Acknowledging that we've indeed hit the iceberg, the ship is ruptured and its time to get to the lifeboats. But since the ship is our entire planet, it brings up a lot of questions... Like, what are the skills we need to find where the life boats are. (I.E. safe places.) Intuition, spirit, grounding... these are the things that come to heart when trying to anticipate the broad scope of changes we're going to be facing. Heck ARE facing now.

So those are some of the ideas coming out in the lyrics. As for the music, it feels like the best stuff I've ever written. So I look forward to sharing it with everyone when the time is right.
